Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase confirmation. For high-value orders exceeding $1,000 USD, please allow up to 5 business days for processing to accommodate our verification and security procedures.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

High-Value Order Protection

Orders exceeding $1,000 USD are shipped with full insurance coverage and require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your valuable bullion and rare coins arrive safely and securely.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are fully insured through USPS. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at: fortgoldandsilver@gmail.com. We will work with USPS to file an insurance claim and resolve the issue promptly. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
